Gibson has diversified its SG guitar range with the SG Special models. Boasting a fairly unique and refreshing aesthetic, these guitars are nevertheless constructed from Gibson's signature tonewood choices, with Mahogany forming their thin bodies and comfortable Slim Taper necks. Their dual P-90 pickups have a fat and pronounced mid-range, ensuring excellent cut in a full band mix.
