G7th Capos

G7th Capos

G7th Capo’s came into existence when founder, Nick Camping, realised that his capo looked and operated like a medieval torture device. Seeing that capos had looked the same for decades he saw a gap in the market for a design upgrade.

It all started with the Performance Capo which has now expanded into a range including the Performance 2 and Performance 3. The Performance 2 & 3 model utilises the innovative Unique Tension Control system. The first of its kind, it is used by simply squeezing the capo to the neck of your guitar and is removed by pressing on a release lever. The Performance 3 however pairs this with the revolutionary ART (Adaptive Radius Technology ) string pad which reacts to the radius of the guitar neck and the gauge of your strings perfectly distributing the pressure over the strings to give you optimum tuning stability at the lowest tension required. The ART also features in the Heritage range.

Their most recent range, the UltraLight capo, is designed with the same quality of the Performance range but gives the player total control. It’s the world’s lightest capo with a twist adjustment to set the tension to your liking and to maintain tuning and a quick-release function making it super easy to remove in a second.

G7th Capo’s make professional standard capos for 6 or 12-string acoustic guitars and electric guitars, classical guitars, banjos and mandolins in multiple colour finishes making them the perfect accessory to use with your instrument.
