Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The Fuzz Probe follows in the footsteps of ZVEX's infamous Fuzz Factory pedal, but allows you to make on-the-fly adjustments to its sound for chaotic, mind-warping high-gain effects!
Chaos Control
ZVEX's Fuzz Probe has become a huge favourite among experimental noise fans, with a theremin-like antenna that lets you adjust its 'Stability' knob by moving your foot or hand close to the built-in copper plate.
If you love the wacky side of the electric guitar, you can use the ZVEX Fuzz Probe's expression plate to warp your tone with varying pitch oscillation and strange, unpredictable fuzz interactions. You have to hear it to believe it!
Tone-Warping Knobs
A bunch of intuitive knobs enable precise sonic manipulation of the ZVEX Fuzz Probe, but even small changes can make a huge difference! 'Volume' is self-explanatory, but the others are far more idiosyncratic and have a dramatic effect on the pedal's overall sound:
- Gate: Squelches noise after the end of a sustained note. Turn to the right to eliminate squeals, hiss and buzz, stopping just as they disappear, or use to tune in exact feedback pitch, if you’re that kind. Turning to left opens the gate.
- Compress: Adds attack characteristic when turned to left, which gets softer to the right, and suddenly pinches tone when all the way right. Also use to tune in fat feedback fuzz. Lower the 'Stability' and see what happens to this control!
- Drive: Increases distortion when used as a “normal” fuzz and adjusts feedback pitch and tonal thickness. This control becomes meaningless when 'Compress' is all the way right.
- Stability: Use all the way right. Do not adjust this control below 2:00, unless you like your fuzz soft and squishy. Use to control feedback pitch.
