If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Universal Acoustics Mucury wedges are the perfect choice for creating an ideal acoustic in studios, rehearsal rooms, boardrooms or any space that needs it's acoustic taming and/or shaping.
Universal Acoustics Mercury Wedges are easy to install on most surfaces using either the Cosmic Fluid liquid adhesive or Space Mist adjustable nozzle spray adhesive. Thie simplest way is to glue them directly to the wall/ceilings. However if that sounds a bit permanent to you or your partner, the wedges can be glued on to conveniently sized panels which may be hung or suspended wherever you want. The huge benefit of doing it this way is that you can always move them around if you feel the acoustics are not quite right, or bring them to a different location completely.
Universal Acoustics Mercury Wedges are made of high quality polyester based foam to UL94 HFI specification as standard with NRC ratings and Absorption characteristics performance based on 50mm thickness of 20 “ 120% between 100Hz “ 1kHz frequencies.
