We're unbelievably excited to be in this category, and undeniably proud that this local family run guitar shop has achieved so much.

2019 has already been an exciting year for Andertons; our coverage of the NAMM Show in California generated millions of video views in a single week, we’re fast approaching 550,000 YouTube subscribers, we surpassed 100,000 follows on Instagram and put musical instruments in the hands of more people than ever before! On top of this, we were rated 98% based on customer reviews, earning us 'Platinum Trusted Service' with Feefo!

From a marketing stand point we've focused on an omni-channel strategy, bringing over 50 years of unbeatable customer experience in our Guildford store to our digital channels. We've made a conscious effort to better understand our customers too, and produce content that really speaks to them. We have a dedicated team of in-house writers that are all experts in their fields bringing the best shop floor experience to the web.

These achievements are, in no small part, due to the commitment of our team. From the Captain down, Andertons is made up of dedicated, passionate staff. 2018 was a year of hard graft, new systems, new website, new offices and bigger goals – and we're just getting started.
