Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The TC Electronic MONITOR PILOT Desktop Controller is a clean, transparent monitor controller and switching system that gives you accurate and clear signal to your favourite speakers. TC Electronic have a long and storied history of building and designing monitor controllers that have become mainstays of professional audio production to this day. Now, with the MONITOR PILOT, this legacy is being pushed forwards yet again. Accepting up to three stereo pairs of monitors for dynamic switching on the go, you can monitor however you need to, and ensure your mix will translate well to any format.

This unit will allow you to switch between your main monitors, some monitors designed to mimic a radio and your PA system so you can get a feel for when it hits the club.

Meet & Greet with the Pilot
First of all, you can connect up to three stereo speaker sets on fully balanced, 22 dBu line level professional XLR connectors, as well as a pair of headphones on a ¼” TRS jack connector, which is conveniently available on the front panel.
On the input side, you will find another pair of balanced XLR connectors ready to take on the main output from your audio interface. On top of that, you also have the option of connecting any media device via the 1/8” mini jack connector on the front panel. Note that it will happily entertain balanced as well as unbalanced signals, depending on what device you connect.
Once you have installed your MONITOR PILOT, you are set for seamless and transparent switching between speakers, as well as clear visual indication of which speakers are currently active.
Smooth & Elegant Integration
Most pilots are used to going just about anywhere and adapting seamlessly to the destination. MONITOR PILOT is no exception. The most visible part of the system is the remote control, which combines a sleek design with tactile deliciousness and a tiny footprint. In short, it will not take up a lot of desktop real estate and with a solid rubber base, it will sit firmly wherever you decide it should reside. Finally, the single-cable connection keeps your desktop clutter free.
The I/O box can be easily mounted on top of your desk, or underneath the table for easy access to the headphones output and 1/8” mini jack input. Since it’s also an all-analog solution, the MONITOR PILOT is completely computer independent, making integration an absolute breeze.
