Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Fishman Pickups
Fishman Greg Koch Gristle-Tone Signature pickups are hum-free and provide extra clarity and treble shimmer. They conveniently recharge via a USB port at the input jack. For more information, refer to the Fishman User Guide in the Support section of our website.
Wilkinson Bridge
This bridge features saddles that lock to the baseplate, adjustable arm swing tension, and a push-in/no freeplay arm. Combined with our Boneite nut and pin-lock tuners, it stays in tune even under aggressive whammy action.
Chambered Body
Strategically placed chambers underneath the pickguard reduce weight and enhance body resonance, resulting in a more lively and responsive tone.
Roasted Maple Neck
Roasted Maple is heat-treated at over 300°F to remove sugars, moisture, and impurities. This process yields a lighter, more stable neck with a beautiful caramel color, requiring less seasonal adjustment and offering a rich vintage look.
Korina Body
Korina (also known as White Limba) is a medium-lightweight wood prized for its consistency and tonal qualities. Commonly found in boutique and vintage instruments, all Reverends feature Korina bodies. This highly resonant wood is key to producing our lively, responsive instruments rich in harmonics.
Thin Finish
The finish on a Reverend is thinner than most production guitars, allowing the body to vibrate freely for a more resonant and lively tone. While thicker finishes may appear 'slicker,' tone is our top priority. Our UV-cured finish is 100% dry from day one, unlike vintage-style nitrocellulose finishes that can take years to cure.
Pin-Lock Tuners
A thumbwheel under the tuner pushes a steel pin up through the post, locking the string in place for exceptional tuning stability and super-fast string changes.
Initialed Headstock
Each Reverend guitar is hand-initialed and serial-numbered on the back of the headstock by one of our skilled technicians who set up, inspect, and test every instrument.
Boneite Nut
We use "Boneite," a synthetic bone nut that is more consistent than natural bone. It reduces friction, allowing strings to slide smoothly through the nut slots and improving tuning stability.
Triple-Tree String Tree
This patent-pending string tree features an extended bar that holds down three strings at once with a single tree, eliminating G string buzz in the nut slot.
Six-Bolt Neck Plate
Two extra bolts increase neck mounting pressure by fifty percent, resulting in a stronger neck connection that improves sustain, tuning stability, and alignment.
