The store is open 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday and 11am - 5pm Sunday and bank holidays.

Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Plug in a microphone and use Neural Capture to record it — you'll struggle to tell the difference between the original amp and the Quad Cortex. Built-in phantom power means you can capture your sound in optimal quality using a condenser mic too. The added bonus of the Quad Cortex's mic preamp means you can easily record a variety of instruments and spice them up with effects!

Position virtual microphones exactly where you want on over 1000 impulse responses, with third-party IRs easy to load up as well. Drop in signal path blocks within seconds to voice your effects in unique ways, and use the rotary stomp switches to scroll through amp settings and assign 32 banks of eight presets each for instant tonal access — just like an analogue switcher.

CorOS 3.1.0 Updates - November 28th 2024
This update contains new features, several quality of life imporvements, including being able to import plugin compatible presets via the Cortex Control software wirelessly.
- Rename Stomp Assignments in Gig View - this means you can further personalise your footswitches while in gig view making customising simpler.
- Momentary Footswitch Behaviour - While playing through your favourite effect, you can now hold your foot on another footswitch to momentarily add another effects into the fold.
- Bulk-Edit Preset Names - Change the names of your favourite presets in bulk to make maintaining your tonal library easier.
Most Recent Update - CorOS 3.0.0 and Cortex Control 1.1.0 Update - July 30th 2024
- Use Neural DSP Plugins on the Quad Cortex - If you have any Neural DSP "X" plugin, you can now load them onto the Quad Cortex with a valid license. Use the "Plugin Presets" section in the directory to instantly use the factory presets.
- Now you can Sidechain - This allows you to trigger the effects of a device from a specified point in the signal chain while placing it on the Grid in a position that creates the sound you require.
- Blend Controls - Blend in exactly how much of an effect you want into your sound so you can expertly craft your own signature tones, with your creativity as the only limitation!
- Faster Interface - To finish off, all users can enjoy a general quality of life update so the user interface is faster.
