If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

The Jackson Rhoads model was first commissioned by the legendary Randy Rhoads, then-guitarist for Ozzy Osbourne. Its first inception was the Concorde, which had a larger asymmetrical V shape body. Since then, it has been streamlined and sharpened to the point of super metal aggressiveness!
The Concept Series Rhoads RR24-7 continues to evolve the metal legacy pioneered by Randy Rhoads, with a refined offset and angular design infused with aggressive tone and effortless playability. Featuring an Alder body and neck-through body construction, the RR24-7 is ergonomic and comfortable with incredible access to the upper frets. The three piece Maple neck is reinforced with Carbon Fibre rods, enhancing its stability and protecting it against shifts in temperature and humidity. The ultra-fast 12”-16” compound radius Ebony fingerboard is a shredder's dream! Chords and riffs near the nut feel effortless, while string bends higher up the neck are smooth and sleek without fretting out.
The RR24-7 is equipped with a a pair of Seymour Duncan® Distortion™ 7 pickups that deliver tight and mean lows with a searing top end for a variety of metal styles! A single volume and tone control keeps things simple whilst allowing you to tweak your tone to taste. A Floyd Rose® Original double-locking tremolo system paired with a set of Gotoh® sealed die-cast tuners ensure optimal tuning stability even through the most extreme pitch changes.
