Sealegs is a versatile stereo delay module designed to bring warmth, depth, and character to any audio source. Featuring three meticulously modelled delay types Tape, Bucket Brigade, and Crossfading Digital it captures the most sought after sonic qualities of classic delay circuits. With true stereo processing, independent left and right delay buffers, and multiple stereo configurations, it offers an expansive and immersive soundscape.

Beyond delay, Sealegs incorporates a rich 1970s inspired reverb, a saturating input drive, and a suite of modulation tools, including an envelope follower, Wow & Flutter emulation, and seven morphing waveshapes. A built in noise generator adds authentic crackle and hiss, while the highpass and lowpass filters shape the tonal character of the repeats. With extensive CV control and external clock synchronisation, Sealegs ensures seamless integration into any modular setup. Authentic Delay Modelling:

Sealegs is designed to replicate the most desirable aspects of analogue and digital delays. The Tape mode emulates the saturation, soft compression, and natural degradation of magnetic tape. The Bucket Brigade mode captures the warm, slightly murky character of analogue BBD circuits. Crossfading Digital offers pristine repeats with the option to introduce subtle imperfections. Each mode includes tailored saturation, filtering, and modulation behaviour for unparalleled tonal flexibility.

Rich Modulation and Reverb:

A built in modulator provides seven morphing waveforms, an envelope follower, and Wow & Flutter for adding movement and depth to the delay lines. The lush, vintage style reverb can be placed at three different points in the signal chain, offering varied spatial effects. This combination of modulation and reverb makes Sealegs a powerful tool for creating evolving textures and immersive atmospheres.

Comprehensive CV and Clock Control:

With nine CV inputs featuring attenuverters, Sealegs allows for deep modulation possibilities. Delay times, modulation, filtering, and colouration can all be externally controlled for dynamic performance. The module supports both external clock synchronisation and tap tempo, ensuring precise timing integration with any system. Additionally, the Freeze function captures and loops the delay buffer, opening up further creative possibilities.
