Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Live streaming has been growing in popularity as a way for creators to interact with fans in a fun and interactive way. However setting up a good quality live stream can be difficult, especially when it comes to audio. Just using a phone mic isn't always the best option - especially if you're a musician. The IK Multimedia iRig Stream is a mobile audio interface designed to help you get great quality sound for your live streams.

Connectivity and Sound
With the iRig Stream you mix audio from 3 sources and then stream it to your audience. On the bottom are two line-level RCA inputs for connecting a mixer, DJ decks, keyboards, or synths. You could plug your instruments into a mixer and then use the iRig Stream to stream it to your audience. On the right side of the iRig Stream is a headphone/mic (3.5mm) jack. You can use this to cast your voice to your audience using the mic on a headset or headphones, or you could use an iRig Mic. You can also take audio from your device, mix it with the external audio sources and then send it back out to the live stream. The iRig Stream has up to 48kHz / 24-bit resolution and adjustable input gain control to ensure your sound is clean and clear. Another feature is the MONO on/off switch. Many apps only accept mono audio for live streaming, while the iRig Stream has stereo audio, when you turn on the Mono switch it mixes the two channels into a mono channel so you can stream without losing any audio.
Portability
A mobile audio interface has to be portable, otherwise what's the point? Thankfully the iRig Stream is small enough to fit in your pocket so you can take it and record anywhere. It runs off your device's battery so no fiddling around with batteries, but if you need the interface and your phone to last longer you can also use and external power supply (sold separately).
