If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

This is a sleek, sharp and modern "S" style design packing some serious firepower in the form of quality hardware and electronics. It's ideally suited to high gain crunch and silky smooth lead playing.
Construction
The JIVAJR is made of a meranti wood body topped with a beautiful quilted maple top and is bound with a cutting 3-ply black outline. Attached is an Ibanez mainstay and one to bring your playing up to speed: the Wizard III neck in a solid maple. On top is a rich, dark ebony fretboard, making quick jumps around the neck effortless in conjunction with the awesome Luminlay glow-in-the-dark side dots - a feature you'll never want to go without once you've experienced them in a dim setting
Ibanez-made Edge-Zero II tremolo system is without doubt up there with the best, providing unwavering action and stability through all climates over a long period of time. It'll help keep your guitar in tune and add another dimension to your playing.
Sound
We love a good H/S/H pickup configuration, as the middle single coil adds so much character to each humbucker sound. The Ibanez Quantum set delivers searing high output from each position thanks to the ceramic magnets, retaining excellent clarity in the top end with the punch to meet modern rock and metal standards.
