Product Description

Please Note: The image above is of the GS412B stand, it is functionally similar but doesn't have the upgraded Auto Grip system.

Having a great quality guitar stand is a small thing that makes a massive difference. You can have your guitar out and ready to pick up when inspiration strikes, while being safe in the knowledge that your guitar is rested securely. Hercules are known for making excellent guitar stands, and the GS412B Plus is a great example of that. As the headstock is the main point of contact for this stand you can use it with any shape of guitar (including Vs!) as long at it has a headstock.

Auto Grip System

When you place your guitar in this stand you'll immediately notice the Auto Grip system on the neck rest activate. This adds an extra bit of security to stop your guitar falling forwards out of the stand if you nudge your guitar by accident. The Auto Grip System on this stand is the upgraded version that accommodates wider neck widths (40mm-52mm).

Adjustable For the Perfect Fit

The stand height and back rest are both adjustable so you can configure it to perfectly suit your guitar, and the back rest provides added support. Hercules' Specially Formulated Foam covers all points of contact so the stand itself won't wear or mark your guitar.

Is SFF (Special Formulated Foam) safe for a Nitrocellulose Lacquer Finish?

HERCULES takes great pride in providing you with the highest quality and most trusted stands in the world. HERCULES had conducted numerous trials on our SFF foam and is pleased to conclude that the foam does NOT react with the large majority of popular instrument finishes on the market, including Nitrocellulose. These trials included subjecting an assortment of high end and budget friendly instruments on our variety of stands to punishing heat, bitter cold and common room temperatures for periods of up to six months without disruption.

However, each instrument manufacturer has their own formulation of Nitrocellulose, with varying proportions of the chemical agents involved. There are thousands of variations of lacquer in use in today’s instrument manufacturing processes, making it impossible to test them all. Therefore, to maintain the level of respect and support your valuable instrument deserves, we recommend you refer to your instrument's owner’s manual for more information regarding the proper storage of your instrument.
