If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The Dimarzio Chopper sits in the middle ground between a single coil and a humbucker in not only tone but also in overall output. Using the same dual blade system that is found on pickups like the Fast Track 1 the Chopper meaning you will have no issues with string pull from the pickups. Designed to work like a hotter Fast Track 1 with a tighter midrange that makes this a great pickup for crunchier tones.

The Chopper is the louder, punchier brother of the Fast Track 1. More power is concentrated in the mids and low end for a bigger sound with more crunch. It shares the same side-by-side coils and twin-blade construction as the Fast Track 1, so there are no misaligned poles or string-pull problems. We originally designed it as a bridge pickup to combine with The Cruiser and Fast Track 1, but it's also a good neck pickup when you've got a hot humbucker in the bridge position.
The sound of The Chopper is a cross between a single-coil and a full-size humbucker, with more body than the single and more clarity than the HB. Excellent choice to fatten tone and increase power of Strat bridge position, where it can be part of a matched set with 2 Fast Track 1 pickups or Fast Track 1 neck and The Cruiser (DP187) (middle).
