If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.

Leo Fender’s legacy lies in G&L, the Californian company where the legendary guitar designer said that he made his best instruments. This ASAT Classic Bluesboy model is a product of the famous Fullerton factory, where Leo's private workshop still remains. It's based on G&L's Deluxe ASAT Classic model, but the 'Bluesboy' edition comes equipped with a fat-sounding neck humbucker for added versatility!
The ASAT Classic Bluesboy sports several signature G&L appointments too. There's an MFD ('Magnetic Field Design') pickup in the bridge position, delivering "that" crisp single-coil attack but with minimal noise, which is framed within a beautifully-machined boxed steel bridge boasting individual brass saddles — boosting tone and allowing for the perfect action/intonation settings.

- Alder Body — A balanced-sounding, medium-weight timber that serves as an ideal sonic foundation for the flexible pickup pairing. Features a comfortable rear contour.
- Bolt-On Maple Neck — A light-coloured material that adds top-end presence into the tonal mix, with the bolt-on design producing a snappy note response.
- 'Modern Classic' Neck Profile — A fairly slim shape with a mild taper from 0.820" at 1st fret to 0.870" at the 12th fret. Enhanced with a slippery satin finish for fast playability.
- Medium Jumbo Frets — Offer a controllable feel for wide vibrato and pitch-perfect string bends.
- G&L MFD Bridge Single-Coil Pickup — A unique, Leo Fender innovation considered a marked improvement over the traditional single-coil concept. This design transfers the magnetic field to the top of the pickup rather than the middle and features a ceramic magnet; yielding more output, greater balance and less noise!
- Alnico II Neck Humbucker — Delivers a thick, broad tone with lots of mid-range warmth. It's made for blues!
- Boxed Steel Bridge with Brass Saddles — Offers that classic T-type aesthetic, with individual brass saddles enhancing sustain and enabling precise intonation/action tweaks.
