If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

ESP's LTD Phoenix-7 model is an elegant offset 7-string guitar made purely for rock and metal. This model features a stylish Black Metal finish for a sleek modern look, and comes equipped with a high output Fishman Fluence pickup and a high-quality Tonepros hardware to meet the demands of contemporary players.
Neck-Thru Construction
The LTD Phoenix-7 is built around a thick Mahogany body that yields deep and focused lows with a harmonically-rich mid-range. Featuring a subtle yet effective belly cut, the Phoenix-7 feels comfortable against your body in sitting and standing positions.
Paired with a neck-thru Mahogany neck, this type of construction gives the Phoenix-7 piano-like sustain and provides fantastic access to its upper frets via the scultped heel. Adorned with a silky smooth Macassar Ebony fingerboard, you can effortlessly glide up and down the neck - especially with its sleek "Thin U" profile.
Fishman Fluence Pickups
The Phoenix-7 offers excellent sonic variety with its active Fishman Fluence Ceramic Modern pickup. With a push-pull control, it can be switched between voice 1 & voice 2. Voice 1 is active, offering power and gain in buckets, while voice 2 is passive, offering a crisper, more classic humbucker tone. A simple, yet deceptively versatile configuration, the Phoenix-7 can cover a lot of musical territory.

The LTD Black Metal Series is comparable in build quality to our LTD Deluxe “1000 Series” instruments, but with a dark and menacing design theme of all-black finish, components, and hardware, a single premium-quality bridge pickup, Macassar ebony fingerboards with no inlays and glow-in-the-dark side markers, and even a newly-designed black metal LTD logo on the headstock. With the LTD Phoenix Black Metal, you get a powerful extended-range version of the Phoenix with seven strings and 27” baritone scale. It features neck-thru-body construction using a three-piece mahogany neck and mahogany body wings. The outstanding tones on the Phoenix-7 Baritone Black Metal come from its Fishman Modern 7-String Humbucker pickup, with a push-pull control to select between its Modern Active and Modern Passive voicings. This guitar also features 22 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets, LTD locking tuners, and a TonePros locking TOM bridge with string-thru-body.
