If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Starting in Germany in the 16th Century the mandola has impacted music for centuries. And now we have continued the tradition in the Duesenberg way.
The German history of mandola and mandolin playing dates to the 1600s. The Mando 12-string electric mandolin from Duesenberg taps into that storied heritage while upping the stakes with an electric mandolin for recording and onstage performance! The Mando 12-string plays and tunes like a 12-string guitar, which means guitarists can dive right in without learning curves! Duesenberg's skilled designers carefully captured some of the acoustic mandolin's timbre and tone by punctuating the Mando 12-string's solid mahogany body with sound chambers that add some of an acoustic instrument's open, warm qualities. The mahogany body is then topped with maple to ensure that mandolin snap, brightness, and punch are present when plugging in. Many electric folk instruments treat amplification as an afterthought, but not this one! The Mando 12-string features two distinct pickups — one VintageClass single-coil and one LittleToaster mini humbucker — that provide everything from crisp, cutting twang to mellow and moody resonance ready for down-tempo jams.
