Squier Contemporary Guitars & Basses

While most Squier guitars are made for beginners, models from the Contemporary series are aimed at intermediates looking for their second or third instrument. With impressive feature-sets, many Squier Contemporary guitars come equipped with high-output active humbuckers, modern “C”-shaped necks and boast satin neck/body finishes for fast playability.

One of the coolest things about the Squier Contemporary series is that it’s very diverse. Strats, Teles and Jazz Basses form the bulk of the lineup, but you’ll also come across offset Jazzmasters and even semi-hollow Starcasters.
