The Sire V Series offers a retro double-cut offset bass that feels familiar in the hands and suits a variety of different genres and playing styles!
Sire V6 basses are crafted from Mahogany bodies with beautiful Ash tops, which serve as balanced tonal foundations for the 'Marcus Super-J Revolution pickups that these gorgeous instruments come equipped with. The classic dual J-style pickups offer a thunderous low end in conjunction with a growling midrange that cuts through any mix.
V6 basses sport a elegantly finished, bolt-on Hard Maple necks with either Maple or Rosewood fingerboards which provide a fast feel and an articulate note response. Shaped to a comfortable "C" profile, Sire V6 basses are comfortable for both contemporary and traditional players alike.
The 'Heritage-3' preamp is what gives all Sire V6 bass guitars their versatile voice. With the ability to control their tones with surgical-like precision, you can independently cut/boost their bass, middle and treble frequencies. Passive/active switches are also present on Sire's V6 basses, allowing you to flick between vintage and modern voices completely on-the-fly.
