Shabat Guitars

Shabat Guitars was founded by Avishay ("Avi") Shabat, a graduate of the prestigious Algranti School of Lutherie. Avi had spent years professionally repairing guitars before forming his own instrument company, and even previously worked at a well-known boutique guitar company.

Avi and all the folks at Shabat Guitars believe in conserving the classic guitar formulas that worked — and are still working today — but at the same time, they strive to perfect the imperfections that afflict many vintage instruments. Using high-quality, stable tonewoods that are dried for optimal resonance and sustain, Shabat also finish all of their guitars with thin nitrocellulose lacquer to ensure that they're are resonant and age gracefully with their owners.

Each Shabat model sports high-end electronics and high-performance hardware appointments that are fully customizable to each and every player's preferred specs. Shabat Guitars also exclusively use Lollar pickups to amplify the finest acoustic qualities from each of their electric instruments.
