Our Click and Collect service is available at our Guildford store from 10am - 6pm Monday to Saturday, and 11am - 5pm on Sunday. You can either choose click and collect as your delivery option online or, during store opening hours, call our sales team at 01483 456777 to place a 10% deposit.
If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

The Blackstar Dept. 10 Amped 1 is a professional 100w guitar amp in a compact pedal that delivers the response and ‘feel’ of a real guitar amp. It's compact design can be easily integrated into your existing rig, with the power to turn any pedalboard, amp modeller, or multi-effects unit into a performance ready amp. Amped 1's unique, high-headroom power amp design delivers maximum power and optimum tone with any cab set-up at 8 or 16 Ohms. Better still, Amped 1 is small enough to carry in your gig bag pocket, allowing you to take your tone with you anywhere!
Amped 1 features three distinctly different voices, putting a host of classic tones at your feet. "USA" is inspired by classic American amps of the '60s, delivering sparkling cleans with a solid low end. "UK" is based on a much-loved British Class A amp from the early '60s with plenty of classic medium gain crunch tones. Finally, "Flat" is a neutral preamp with a semi-parametric EQ, ideal for use with external preamps and amp modellers.
Amped 1 also boasts five distinctly different authentic power valve responses - KT88, 6L6, EL34, 6V6, EL84. Each setting delivers the response, dynamics, sag and break-up characteristics of the selected valve power amp.
- KT88 - Tight, bold and dynamic Class A/B with strong low-end.
- 6L6 - Tight dynamic Class A/B with extended highs and lows.
- EL34 - Classic British Class A/B crunch full-bodied soft break-up.
- 6V6 - Crisp Class A with high compression and tight mids.
- EL84 - Bell-like full-bodied Class A with lots of compression.
On top of these, there is also a Linear setting that offers transparent power amplification. It is optimised for use with the Flat voice setting when pairing the Amped 1 with an external amp modeller.
Other premium features include power reduction (100w, 20w, 1w), 4 channel audio USB for easy recording and universal voltage for use anywhere in the world (from 100V to 240V ~ 50/60Hz). If that wasn't enough, you also get built in studio-quality reverb, an effects loop and full MIDI functionality!
