Product Description
Artiphon's Instrument 1 is a truly intriguing instrument. At a base level, it's a MIDI controller with a guitar-influenced look. However, this digital bit of equipment is so much more, with a multi-instrumental design that lets you play it in a number of different ways.
Styles & Sounds
The ergonomic Instrument 1 can be tapped, strummed or bowed thanks to an intuitive, pressure-sensitive fingerboard. This opens up a whole smorgasbord of sonic options to you.
For example, use it as a guitar by playing the bridge functions, paired with the fingerboard. This allows for standard guitar playing techniques - from riffs and scales, to picked chords and more. A velocity/pressure sensitive design provides even more tools to augment your playing.
That's not all though; the Artiphon Instrument 1 can be played as a violin, keys, or a drum pad. Versatility is the name of the game here.
Flexible Connectivity
The Artiphon can connect to your laptop/computer, smartphone, tablet and MIDI devices. It can also be hooked up to DAW's like GarageBand and ProTools for seamless recording.
The Artiphon app can even be used to craft your own instruments, which can then be saved and recalled to a library.
Splice Included
2 free months of Splice come bundled with the instrument. It consists of millions of presets, FX, samples and loops that can be used royalty free in any of your music.
