If you have placed your order online, you will receive a confirmation email of your order and a separate follow-up text or email to confirm when your item is ready for collection.
Please do not come to the store before you have received the follow-up message, as your order may not yet be ready at the store.
If the only available stock is in our off-site warehouse it can be brought to the store location for you to try - you just need to contact the store within opening hours. Please note any requests received after 3.30pm will not arrive at the store until the following morning.
Please be aware that, unless you have paid a deposit to reserve the item, it will continue to be free, both online and in-store, for another customer to buy. Therefore we would advise you to place a 10% deposit by either using the on-line click and collect service or calling us 01483 456777.

Materials and Construction:
The cast bronze shell produces an incredibly bold and resonant tone, with a sharp attack and plenty of volume and cut. Made in a similar way to cymbals, the shell is made of a single piece of bronze, ensuring immense projection and clarity.
The snare’s 6” depth helps in delivering a deep and warm tone, with its 14” width keeping it tight and focussed.
The shell is finished with a protective lacquer, keeping the snare robust and giving it a more substantial look. The attractive bronze shell is complemented by sleek black chrome-plated hardware, providing a very high-end look with its outstanding tone matching its classy aesthetic.
Dual Glide System:
The Dual Glide System snare strainer is a great feature of the Artist Series snares. This mechanism provides a precise and smooth action when placing the snare wires in “on” or “off” position, and ensures that there are no annoying buzzing sounds produced when doing so.
The strainer and butt sides are also both armed with a fast-release snare wire detach function. This means that you can easily change the resonant head without having to loosen and adjust the Snare wires. A very ergonomic feature indeed.
